Q and A

Q: Are dogs/pets allowed at the festival?
A: No. Only service dogs will be allowed on property.

Q: What seating is available? Should I bring a blanket or lawn chair?
A: The festival will provide seating under shaded tents on the festival grounds; however, seating is not guaranteed. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets to spread out on the lawn.

Q: Are coolers permitted?
A: No. Coolers are not permitted on the festival grounds

Q: Can I smoke at the event?
A: No. The only smoking going on will be on the BBQ pits at the festival. Smoking will not be permitted on the festival grounds.

Q: What food will be free or included in the ticket price?
A: Participating BBQ restaurants & chefs will serve samples from 1-5pm. Be advised that our pitmasters are making their best efforts to meet demand, but like any great BBQ joint, when the BBQ runs out, it’s out. After 5pm food will be available for sale at an additional charge

Q: Will there be additional food besides meat?
A: Yes, sides will be served. There will also be a vegetarian option and a dessert chef

Q: Can I buy alcohol at the event?
A: Yes, there will be several cash bars on-site offering a variety of beverages (beer, liquor, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water) for purchase.



There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds. Some vendors accept credit cards,others will only accept cash.


Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. Wristbands must be worn while at the Festival and cannot be replaced. You must pass through security as you are entering. Show takes place rain or shine. No weather refunds.


Plenty of parking will be available at downtown lots surrounding the event.


We are making every effort to have a safe event. Security and medical personnel will be on site during the event.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. We do not issue refunds once ticket are purchased. The event will occur rain or shine. Pitmasters, chefs and bands are subject to change.
